Delete your account and data

In the app

• Open La Lista and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Read the notice and confirm with Delete forever. Before that you can tap Export my data to take a file with everything.

If you no longer have the app

Write to us at [email protected] from your account's email address and tell us you want to delete it. That address is how we check the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email, photo, sign-in methods and sessions.
• Your profile, your recipes, your offers and votes, and your answers about receipt lines.
• You leave all your lists. Lists where you were the only member are deleted.

What is kept

On lists you shared, what you added and the shopping you did stay for the other members, under the name “Deleted user”.

How long

• What you delete from a list is gone for good after 30 days.
• Backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
• Days of use, 13 months. Error reports, 90 days.
